Ingredients
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 heaping tsp dijon mustard
- 1 generous tsp tamari
- 1 heaping Tbsp mayo
- 1/4 c almond meal/flour
- Pinch salt if desired
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
Directions

Preheat oven.

In a small skillet heat 2 Tbsp olive oil and sautee shallot till soft. Add garlic and continue to sautee until both are golden. Be careful not to burn! Take pan off heat and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl mix beef, tamari, mustard, mayo, almond flour, and dash salt if using. Don\’t over mix.

Add egg and shallot garlic mix to bowl and mix.

With a cookie scoop, scoop dollops of meat onto parchment paper-lined large baking sheet. Broil for 5 min. Reduce heat to 350 and cook for an additional 10-15 min until meatballs are cooked through.
