Ingredients
- 2 Racks of Baby-Back Ribs
- ~1 Cup of Caveman Bob's Smokey Apple Paleo BBQ Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot Sauce (Optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 225 F 2. Shake salt and pepper all over the ribs 3. Place the ribs in a large baking dish, meat-side down 4. Cover the dish with tin-foil and put it in the oven 5. After 4 hours, pull the ribs out of the oven and drain the drippings 6. Flip the ribs over and apply the BBQ sauce 7. Return ribs to the oven for another 30 minutes, uncovered 8. Right before serving, slather some extra BBQ sauce over the top of the ribs
