Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (I used a 94/6)
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- Bacon Grease (or another cooking oil, but the flavor in this was great)
- Italian Seasoning
- Onion Powder
- Garlic
- Salt
- 1/2 C prepared Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 lb Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 lb Pepperoni Sliced

Preheat oven to 350. In large skillet, saute spinach in bacon grease and salt. Once wilted significantly, allow to cool.

While spinach is cooling, combine ground beef with desired amount of seasonings.

Once spinach has cooled, pulse in food processor till broken down significantly. Add spinach into ground beef mixture and spread into the bottom of a 9X13 casserole.

Place in oven for ~25 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and increase temp to 400. Add sauce, cheese, pepperoni and any other toppings desired and return to oven till cheese
