Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp italian herb blend
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup for chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup of chopped kale
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 2 large beef sausage links (you can decide here)
- tomato sauce
- 1 tblsp oil

First saute your beef and veggies together in oil. drain and sat aside. whisk your eggs and italian herbs till frothy. fry in the skillet flat. be sure to left the sides to cook the top and bottom. once finished, top it with the beef mixture and fold over. add as much salt free organic tomato sauce as you like
