Ingredients
- 2lbs beef
- 1 lemon
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2-3 green onions
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Mushrooms (if not using soy sauce)
- Soy sauce or liquid aminos
- Organic honey
- Salt and pepper
- Watercress, Olive Oil

Cube beef into bite size pieces – Quarter your lemon (you\’ll use one quarter for each person) – Quarter cherry tomatoes – Mince green onions – Mince garlic – Slice a couple mushrooms per person if not using soy sauce – Place a bed of watercress on each plate and place cut cherry tomatoes on top of bed – Start a fry pan on med-high heat with olive oil – Place beef in pan and begin to cook – When beef is around half cooked (2-3) min, add a splash of sesame oil, fish sauce (more if your not using soy sauce), soy sauce (add mushroom slices here if you\’re not using soy), a teaspoon of organic honey, salt and pepper, and minced garlic – Cook 2-3 more minutes, stirring in pan to create in-pan sauce – Place mound of beef on top of each bed of watercress and tomatoes, pour some sauce over each, garnish with minced green onions
