Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 3 Tb. flour
  • 3 Tb. shortening
  • 3 c. water
  • 12 oz. taco seasoning
  • corn tortillas
  • cheese, grated
  • onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Melt flour and shortening together and stir until bubbly. Add water and taco seasoning. Cook until thick. Coat tortillas in sauce, roll up with cheese and onions. Put in pan and sprinkle extra cheese and onions over all. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
