Ingredients
- 2 12 oz bottles Shiner Bock
- 1/2 C spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 C Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/4 C unsalted butter
- 24 chicken wings, tips removed
Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the wings. Stir over medium heat in a saucepan for about 10 minutes.

Get peanut or canola oil to 350 degrees in a deep fryer.

Put the wings in a bag with some flour and shake well. Fry them for about 10 minutes.

Drain on paper towels and toss in the sauce.
