Lemon chicken with beans and basil

Ingredients
- 410g cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cooked, skinless chicken breasts, torn
- roasted red pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- handful of fresh basil leaves
Directions

Put the cannellini beans in a bowl with the chicken and roasted red pepper. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil and seasoning. Add to the salad. Add the basil leaves, toss well and divide between bowls to serve.
