Ingredients
- 1-3/4 c water
- 1-1/2 TB yeast
- 1-1/2 TB salt (add 15 min later)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 7 c flour
Directions

Mix everything but salt, adding that 15min later.

Let rest til dough rises and collapses – ~2hr.

Refrigerate or freeze if over 5 days.

Braid, rise.
