Ingredients
- 3-1/2 c flour
- 1 TB soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1 t salt (add 15min later)
- 2-1/4 t yeast
- 1-1/4 c milk
Directions

Combine. You may have to mix with wet hands. Add salt after 15 min. Knead a few times. Rise ~1-1/2 hr.

Put into tin, rise again.
