No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 TB yeast
  • 1 Tb plus 1 ts salt (use 15 min later)
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 5 tsp oil
  • 1-1/2 c milk
  • 1-1/2 c water
  • 6-2/3 c whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except salt. After waiting 15 mn, add salt.

  2. Rise 2-3 hrs, til rises and flattens or collapses.

  3. Refrigerate

  4. Cantaloupe size ball of dough -

  5. Shape into ball, drop into pan.

  6. Rest 1hr 40min.

  7. Flour top of dough, slash.

  8. 350/50-60

  9. (hot water in oven)
