Ingredients
- 1-1/2 TB yeast
- 1 Tb plus 1 ts salt (use 15 min later)
- 1/2 c honey
- 5 tsp oil
- 1-1/2 c milk
- 1-1/2 c water
- 6-2/3 c whole wheat flour
Directions

Combine all ingredients except salt. After waiting 15 mn, add salt.

Rise 2-3 hrs, til rises and flattens or collapses.

Refrigerate

Cantaloupe size ball of dough -

Shape into ball, drop into pan.

Rest 1hr 40min.

Flour top of dough, slash.
