Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 env yeast,1/4 c warm water, 1 t sugar & flour
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar (less 1 t from above)
- 2 yolks, 2 eggs
- ~4 c flour
- Filling:
- 1 can pie filling (drain extra liquid)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 TB flour
- 2 yolks
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 TB water
Directions

Dough: proof yeast.

Heat milk, add butter, sugar.

In lg bowl, cool, add eggs, yeast.

Flour, knead, rise 1-2hr, pat down, refrig overnight.

dough, roll rectangle 30×9.

Comb cream cheese, sugar, flour, yolks, vanilla.

On dough: strip cream cheese, strip pie filling

Fold edges over, shape into circle, cut deep vents. Rise 30min.
