Ingredients
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3 cups bisquick (regular or low fat)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup melted oleo or butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water; let set 10 minutes.

Meanwhile mix bisquick with 1/2 cup water.

Add yeast mixture and mix to form dough.

Add more bisquick if dough is too sticky to handle.

Dough should be soft.

Divide dough into fourths.

Roll out into a rectangle.

Brush each rectangle with melted butter.

Sprinkle sugar / cinnamon mixture over it.

Roll (from long edge of rectangle) into a jelly roll.

Cut into 1 inch slices and place on a greased cookie sheet (with an edge on it).

Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove from pan before totally cooled (easier).

Makes about 36 – 40 rolls.
