Ingredients
- 2 pkg yeast
- 1/2 c sugar
- 12 TB melted butter
- 1 c milk
- 5 yolks
- 4-1/2 c flour
- 2 t salt
- 1 t nutmet
- 1 t grated lemon zest
- 16oz cream cheese
- 4 c powd sugar
- 5 TB milk
- 3 TB lemon juice
- (you can also place pie filling in strip next to cream cheese filling - a bit tricky)
Directions

Prepare dough w/mixer, adding bit of water if too dry.

Rise 2 hr.

Prepare filling.

30″×9″ – thin as pie crust.

Fill, flip two sides over, seal, form into circle seam side down.
