Ingredients
- 1 large bag of broccoli florets
- 2 cups of minute rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 lb. velveeta, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions

Place ingredients in order in a 9×13 casserole dish. Do not stir.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Stir, add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake an additional 30 minutes.
