Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag of broccoli florets
  • 2 cups of minute rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb. velveeta, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in order in a 9×13 casserole dish. Do not stir.

  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

  3. Stir, add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
