Browned New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Small red potatoes
  • about 2 c water - not totally submerged
  • 3 TB butter
  • 3/4 t salt (not too much)

Directions

  1. Arrange potatoes cut side down.

  2. Cook, covered, about 10-15min – simmer.

  3. Remove lid, continue another 15-20min til water evaporates and potatoes brown.
