Ingredients
- Small red potatoes
- about 2 c water - not totally submerged
- 3 TB butter
- 3/4 t salt (not too much)
Directions

Arrange potatoes cut side down.

Cook, covered, about 10-15min – simmer.

Remove lid, continue another 15-20min til water evaporates and potatoes brown.
