Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can mangoes in syrup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 habanero chile, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 lean boneless pork chops

Combine all ingredients except for the pork in a medium-sized bowl

Place pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker and cover with mango sauce

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours

Serve over rice
