Mango Habanero Pork Chops

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can mangoes in syrup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 habanero chile, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 lean boneless pork chops

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the pork in a medium-sized bowl

  2. Place pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker and cover with mango sauce

  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours

  4. Serve over rice
