Copper Chicken

Ingredients

  • Boneless big chicken cubes 1 cup
  • Salt & Pepper 1 tsp each
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tblsp
  • Batter
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tblsp flour
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tblsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, mustard, and vinegar and keep it for 1/2 an hour. Make batter, dip the chicken pieces in this and deep fry. In a plate put the fried chicken pieces on one side, put the coleslaw on the other side, put a slice of tomato and cucumber and french fries.
