Ingredients
- 1 small chicken pieces like karhai (1 poa)
- 4 tsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp kuti murch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 egg
- 2 tblspoon cornflour
- Sauce:
- 2 tblspoon oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 tblspoon chopped green onion not leaves
- 1/4 cup green leaves
- 1/2 cup chilli sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp kuti mirch
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown vinegar
- 1 tsp soya sauce
Directions

Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, kuti mirch, salt, ajonomto, brown sugar, white pepper, garlic, chili sauce, and vinegar.

Then add 1/2 egg whipped into chicken. Add 2 tblspoon cornflour. Deep fry till crisp and brown

(light). Put on plate.

Add all the ingredients of the sauce and add green capiscum at the end and sliced onion a bit. If you want add green chillies.
