Ingredients
- 1 white cabbage
- 1 small colve garlic
- 6 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 level tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed fennel seeds
- 1/4 level tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Cut away coarse outer leaves from cabbage, remove the core and finely shred the cabbage. Crush the garlic and put in with all the other ingredients, in a a screw top jar and shake vigorously. Pour this dressing over cabbage and toss.
