Ingredients
- 1 large Cauliflower
- Salt to taste
- 2 oz Butter
- 2 oz flaked almonds

Dissolve 2 tblspoon of salt in a bowl of cold water. Cut the coarse outer leaves from cauliflower and break the individual floret from central stem leaving a short stalk on each. Drop florets in salted water.

Bring a large pan of salted water to boil, cook drained cauliflower for 5 – 8 minutes, over low heat. Drain it.

Fry almonds in butter till deep brown. Put cauliflower in a dish and spoon over butter and almonds.
