Copper Kettle French Fries

(from Rahbel’s recipe box)

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Rice Flour 4 tblspoon
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes thickly, soak it in salted water and fry. Remove and put on paper. Make a paste with baking powder, salt, water and rice flour. Not very thick. Dip chips one by one and crisply fry.
