Ingredients
- 1/2 Chicken
- 6 green chillies
- 2 oz ginger
- 1/4 bunch coriander leaves
- 2 cups oil
- 2 chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp dhania powder
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbslpoon worcester sauce
- 1 tsp ajinomoto
Directions

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Marinate the chicken with ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves.

Heat oil, add spring onions, fry till transparent, add little water, chili powder, turmeric, dhania powder. Add the marinated chicken and the rest of ingredients. Cook till done, fry till brown and add coriander leaves and mix spice.
