Quiche

Ingredients

  • Flour 8 oz
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cold water 3 tblspoon
  • Filling
  • Vegetable boil 1 cup
  • cheese grated 4 tblspoon
  • chicken shredded 3/4 cup
  • oregano 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper
  • cream 3/4 cup (dont beat)
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Rub butter in flour, sieved with baking powder, and salt. Mix with cold water. Roll out doug, line a pie plate, prick the bottom, bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix vegetables, chicken, cheese, spread on the pie dish on the crust.

  3. Beat eggs, oregano, cream and pour over vegetable mixture. Bake until golden.
