Parmesan Herb Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (or 2 tsp. dried)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the first five ingredients. Dip chicken in butter, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Place in a greased 13″ × 9” pan. Sprinkle any remaining cheese on top, then drizzle any remaining butter.

  3. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until the juices run clear.
