Ingredients
- 6 tblsp olive oil
- 2 lemons ( 1 sliced & 1 juiced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 lb trimmed green beans
- 8 small red potatoes quartered
- 4 chicken breasts bon in & skin on
- (approx. 3/4 lb)
- Paprika
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Coat baking dish with 1 tsp olive oil.

Arrange lemon slices in 1 layer covering bottom of pan.

In large bowl combine lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper & 5 tblsp of olive oil.

Add green beans and toss to coat.

Using slotted spoon remove beans and place on top of lemon slices.

Add potatoes to same olive oil mixture and toss to coat. Using a slotted spoon remove potatoes and arrange around the side edge of the baking dish.

Place chicken in oil mixture and make sure it is coated well and then place chicken skin side up in center of baking pan

Pour any remaining oil mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika

BAKE 50 minutes

REMOVE chicken from pan

Put beans & potatoes back for 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft
