Cottage Grove Green Been Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans French style green beans
- 2 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbs. minced onion (moistened in water)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1 tbs. butter (melted)
- 1/2 sleeve Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

Melt 2 tbs butter and add flour. Make a roux. Add sour cream and stir with wisk until blended, adding minced onion and salt.

Add butter/sour cream mixture to drained green beans in a large bowl.

Gently cut in the Swiss cheese.

Mix thoroughtly and pour into a Pyrex baking dish (13×9).

For topping, spread 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese over green beans in baking dish

Spread cracker crumbs over that layer.

Drizzle melted butter lightly over the crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
