Ingredients
- 5-1/2 c flour
- 1 c oats
- 3 TB sugar
- 2-3/4 t (scant) salt
- 1 t yeast
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 oil
- 2-1/4c + 2 TB ice water
Directions

Mix liquids into dry ingredients – should be stiff.

Brush top w/oil.

Refrigerate 3-10hr

Then rise on counter 12-18hr. Stir down once.

Grease pans, sprinkle w/oats, add dough.

slash tops.

Rise 2-3 hrs.

375/50-60 – THEN top w/foil and bake 10-15min longer (208-210deg)

Then bake 5min longer.
