PEPPERONI QUICHE

Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz tube crescent rolls
  • 1 red pepper chopped,& sautéed in 1 tblsp oil w/ 1 clove slicedgarlic.
  • 5 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup Mozzerella Cheese shreded
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach squeezed dry.
  • 1/4 cup packaged pepperoni cut in strips
  • 1/4 cup half & half
  • 2 tblsp grated Parm cheese
  • dried parsley & basil

Directions

  1. 9 inch fluted pan with removable bottom

  2. Separate rolls and place in pan with points in center of pan.

  3. Press into bottom and up sides to seal seams.

  4. Pour above mixture into crust.

  5. Bake 375 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes

  6. until a knife in center comes out clean.

  7. Let stand for 5 min beforel cutting.
