Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup wate
- 2 tsp evoo
- 1 cup whole wheat couscous
- 1 1/2 (or less frozen peas
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- salt pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of more freshly grated Parmesean cheese
Directions

Combine broth, water, and oil in large saucepan

Bring to a boil

Stir in couscous and remove from heat.

Cover and let plump for 5 minutes

Meanwhile cook peas as directed

Add the peas, dill, lemon zest, salt, pepper to the couscous

Mix gently and fluff with fork

Serve hot, sprinkled with cheese.
