Chocolate fig brownie

Ingredients
- spray oil for greasing
- 50g gluten free cocoa powder or 1/2c
- 100g reduced fat spread
- 2 eggs
- 1c caster sugar
- 100g gluten free baking mix
- 1/4c gluten free dark chocolate chips
- 1/2c chopped figs or dates - finely chopped or pureed
- 2t icing sugar sifted for dusting
Directions

Preheat oven to 180C

grease and line a slice pan

melt low fat spread and cocoa in a pan

stir in sugar

beat in eggs, baking mix
-
add choc chips and figs
-
spoon into pan and level surface

bake for 20 – 25 min until slightly raised and firm to touch

Cool for 5 in before removing from pan

Cut, sprinkle with icing sugar to serve
