Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups cooked rice (1 cup rice, 2 cups water-boil and then simmer 30 min)
- 1 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 4 boneless chicken breasts cubed
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 oz frozen mixed veggies
Directions

Cook rice.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients (except cheese).

Add rice.

Put in 9×13 pan.

Bake 45 minutes uncovered.

Add cheese and bake ten more minutes.
