Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet, cook porkchops until browned.

  3. Place porkchops in a single layer in an ungreased 13X9 baking dish.

  4. Combine soup, broth, ginger, rosemary, and sour cream; pour over the chops.

  5. Cover and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Take out and sprinkle

  6. with onions.

  7. Return to oven for 10 minutes uncovered.
