Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 2 T oil
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat oil in a large skillet, cook porkchops until browned.

Place porkchops in a single layer in an ungreased 13X9 baking dish.

Combine soup, broth, ginger, rosemary, and sour cream; pour over the chops.

Cover and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Take out and sprinkle

with onions.

Return to oven for 10 minutes uncovered.
