Deep dish mini pizza-muffin pan

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 1/2 cups Kraft shredded italian five cheese
  • 8 ounce pizza sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Unroll pizza dough on cutting board.

  3. Cut into 12 3 × 2 inch rectangles

  4. Place one in each of the 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.

  5. Sprinkle half the shredded cheese evenly into cups, top with pizza sauce, remaining shredded cheese and oregano.

  6. Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until crusts are golden brown and shredded cheese is melted.

  7. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to serve.
