Creamy Lasagna roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 ounce) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can (14 ounce) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tub philadelphia italian herb cooking creme
  • 1 package kraft five cheese shredded italian
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 12 cooked lasagna noodles

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Brown meat with garlic in large skillet; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, and 1/4 cup Parmesan; set aside.

  3. Combine eggs, cooking creme, shredded cheese and parsley.

  4. Spread half the meat sauce onto bottom of a 13 × 9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  5. Spread each noodle with 3 Tbsp cheese mixture

  6. Roll up. Place seam sides down over sauce in dish.

  7. Top with remaining sauce and parmesan. Cover. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until heated through.
