Ingredients
- 4 c chp raw veggies - peppers, cukes, snow peas, scallions
- 12 oz pasta (chinese or linguine)
- 1/2 TB and 1-1/2 TB sesame oil
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 2 TB sugar
- 3TB soy (or to taste)
- 1 tsp mnced ginger (optional)
- 1 TB vinegar
Directions

Prepare noodles, toss w/1/2TB sesame oil.

Prepare sauce with rest. Thin w/ hot water til proper consistency.

Combine each serving noodles w/some veggies and sauce
