Overnight baked french toast

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 12 slices bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt stick of butter in bottom of 13 × 9 inch pan.

  3. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over mixture.

  4. Add 12 slices of bread, doubled, to make two layer.

  5. Mix and beat together milk, eggs, and salt. Pour over top of bread to saturate.

  6. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. Bake 30-35 minutes.
