Tuna n’ Thyme Fishcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 small can tuna, drained and mashed
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 small egg, beaten
  • Grated lemon rind

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into patties.

  2. Heat oil and fry fischcakes until golden brown.
