Melt and Mix Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C self raising flour
- 3/4 C cocoa
- 1 1/3 C caster sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla essence
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 C milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 160oC.

Sift flour and cocoa.

Add sugars, vanilla, melted butter, eggs and milk.

Whisk until well combined.

Bake in paper-lined 23cm cake tin for approx 90 minutes.

Allow to cool in tin 10 minutes before turning.

Ice when cold with chocolate butter icing or ganache.
