Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced roasted green chiles
Directions

Generously coat the bottom and sides of the slow cooker with cooking spray

In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix remaining ingredients together and pour into the slow cooker

Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours

While the quiche is still in the slow cooker, slice into four slices and carefullly remove with a spatula

Serve with fresh salsa
