Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) uncooked bow tie pasta
- 2 pounds smoked kielbasa
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute sausage, add garlic and cook for one minute longer

Combine cornstarch and milk until smooth; gradually add to the pan. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Drain pasta, add to sausage mixture. Stir in peas and cheese, cook until cheese is melted.
