Ingredients
- 1/2 c light mayo
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 c green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c grated fresh parmesan
- 1 lb turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 box cherry tomatoes
- Seasoning to taste
Directions

Wash tomatoes and cut off bottom slightly.

Hollow out th ecenter with a grapefruit spoon and tip upside down on a paper towel to drain.

mix mayo, parsley, onion, parmesan, and bacon together and season to taste.

Stuff tomatoes and serve.
