Baked Chicken and Rice

Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup uncooked, regular long-grain rice
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375.

  2. In a 2L shallow baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper.

  3. Place chicken on top of rice mixture.

  4. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.

  5. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender.
