Ingredients
- 3C Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 1 1/2C Salsa Verde
- 1C Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/4t Salt
- 1/4t Pepper
- 8 6" Flour Tortillas
Directions

Combine chicken, 1/2C salsa, 1/2C cheese, salt and pepper in a medium bowl

Microwave on High 2 min until heated

Spoon about 1/3C of mixture down the center of each tortilla, roll up and place on a greased cooking sheet

Pour 1C salsa over enchiladas and sprinkle with 1/2C cheese

Broil 8 min until cheese is melted
