No bake eclair cake

Ingredients

  • 2---3.5 boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 12 oz cool whip
  • Graham crackers
  • Topping
  • 1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix with mixer pudding and milk

  2. Fold in cool whip

  3. Line 9 by 13 pan with graham crackers

  4. Put 1/2 of pudding mix over

  5. Add another layer of graham crackers

  6. Put rest of pudding over

  7. Top with graham crackers

  8. Topping

  9. Bring cocoa, milk and sugar to a boil.

  10. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly

  11. Remove from heat and cool 1 minute

  12. Add butter and vanilla and stir til butter is melted

  13. Pour over top of graham crackers

  14. Chill over nite

  15. If you are in a hurry you can use 16 oz can of chocolate frosting
