Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (drained with 1/4 cup liquid reserved)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c roasted red peppears (canned in water) finely chopped
Directions

In blender, puree chickpeas and reserved liquid, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil

Chill at least 2 hours.

Top with sliced peppers.
