- 1 Cup Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 3/4 Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

- SUGAR COATING:
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- Dash of Allspice
- Preheat oven to 350F.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla. Mix until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet, a little at a time, and beat until well mixed. You may need to knead the last bit.
