Ingredients

• 4 seven inch flour tortillas
• 3/4 cup diced tomatoes or pizza sauce
• 1 1/4 cups mozzerella or monterey jack cheese
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• Olive oil

Directions

1. Lay tortillas on a cookie sheet and cover with tomatoes or pizza sauce. Sprinkle heavily with cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling.
