Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples, diced
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix apples and sugar.

  2. Add oil, nuts, eggs, and vanilla.

  3. Mix together dry ingredients and add to liquid mixture.

  4. Pour into greased 9×13 pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until baked in center. (Half recipe bakes for 30 minutes).
