Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 4 cups apples, diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

Mix apples and sugar.

Add oil, nuts, eggs, and vanilla.

Mix together dry ingredients and add to liquid mixture.

Pour into greased 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until baked in center. (Half recipe bakes for 30 minutes).
