Pan Fried Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 tilapia fillets, thawed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • Cajun seasoning

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over med-high heat

  2. Season fish to taste and fry until golden brown on each side (about 8-10 min)
